    The e-Performance Barometer is a survey made every two years by the KEDGE Business School under the guidance of Prof. Grégory Bressolles. The paper examines the world's best wine ecommerce web sites. The study is based on the feedback of 3000 users based in France, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Spain, USA, Australia and China that evaluate the web sites on the basis of seven criteria: information relevance, ease of use, security and privacy, variety of offer, interactivity and customization, reliability, design. The paper features the international ranking of the best wine e-commerce sites. In the last 2015 edition, Wineshop.it is ranked 8th and it is the only Italian site featured.

The paper examines the world's best wine e-commerce sites. The study is based on the feedback of 3000 users based in France, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Spain, USA, Australia and China that evaluate the web sites on the basis of seven criteria: information relevance, ease of use, security and privacy, variety of offer, interactivity and customization, reliability, design. The paper features the international ranking of the best online wine shops. In the last 2011 edition, Wineshop.it is not just the only Italian site featured, but rises to as many as 14 positions finishing in fourth place ahead of the French websites!

    Two stories of our customers, "Santa Lucia e il vino" and "Novecento addio!", published for the first time in our site, are among the winners of the Literary Award "Bacco e le Muse". The winners' works have been collected in the homonymous book (Pendragon Editors).

    Wineshop.it has passed all the controls on quality standards required by the Federcomin "Progetto Fiducia" and has obtained the "Marchio Fiducia" (Trust Seal). The seal garanties that the company follows specific transparency, security and privacy criteria when operating online. Federcomin is the Confindustria Italian National Federation representing the telecomunication, television, computer and Internet companies.

  • November 28, 2001 - Wineshop.it obtains the 2001 On Line Marketing Award
    Wineshop.it was the prize winner at the conference of “Compared experiences and trends in Italian Online Marketing” at the Hotel Executive in Milan for its project “Introduce a friend and drink to their health!” The jury was chaired by professor Walter G. Scott from Università Cattolica in Milan and it was composed of members of the Italian Marketing Association.

    "WEB CHALLENGE - www.wineshop.it: OK. Wineshop is of a good level. The graphics is simple but functional to such a point that it welcomes you at its home page. The white background offers the right legibility of the proposals. The products (a good selection of wine products and not only) can be purchased by following four well defined instructions: for a direct research, for a geographical research, for the offer of the month or by clicking on Not only wine (this section is dedicated to vinegar, liquors and oil). It is important to say that whatever instruction you chose, it is fast and precise. It doesn’t make you go through many pages before reaching the one of your choice. It brings you to the desired page and above all the product charts are very thorough. In these charts you can find all the necessary characteristics in order to purchase (or even just out of curiosity) a product. The charts contain the organoleptic characteristics, as well as that of the producer, the matching (even for the extra virgin olive oils), of the service and the best way to conserve it. The photos of the glasses in every chart, is a valid suggestion on the type of “crystal” to use for every wine. In other words, a series of very practical and useful information is provided in order to stock up your cupboards or cellar with something new. Very good and “intelligent” the informative offer parallel to the commercial one..."

    Wineshop.it has passed all the tests on the quality standards required by the Italian association Altroconsumo and has been awarded the Web Trader seal. AltroConsumo is a private non-profit association, that since 28 years promotes and defends the interests and the rights of the Italian comsumers. It is member of the National Consumer Council of the Italian Ministry of Industry and a permanent member of Consumers International (The Worldwide Federation of Consumer Organisations) and BEUC (The European Consumers’ Organisation).

This International and prestigious award, is given every year since 1992 to Small and Medium Enterprises which have distinguished themselves for innovation.
