A white wine with a powerful structure and a bursting personality, few vines characterize a territory in such a way as the Fiano characterizes the territory of Avellino. Colour goes from straw yellow to bright green. Dry, warm, soft and equilibrated, shows pear and apple flavours. Contains sulphites. The producer

The company "I Capitani" has been founded by Ciriaco Cefalo around 1890 and it is located at Torre le Nocelle, a small village in the heart of Irpinia. During 1920 the vineyards have been completely destroyed by phylloxera and have been replanted. Today the company has 12 hectares of vineyards and a modern cellar where the grandson of Ciriaco, who has the same name as his grandfather, continues the family traditions with success.
