Deep ruby red color. The bouquet is intensely fruity, with notes of cherry, black cherry and currant, enriched by delicate vinous and spicy nuances. On the palate it is truly surprising: structured and with a significant alcohol content, it nevertheless manages to convey an unexpected freshness and pleasantness for a wine of this "stature". Its enveloping smoothness, thanks to silky tannins that caress the palate, also contributes to the overall enjoyment of the sip. Contains sulphites. The producer
The Donne Fittipaldi vineyards were re-established in 1992 after an extensive restoration to bring it back to its former glory. The property covers 46 hectares surrounding La Pineta farmhouse. The farmhouse is one of 12 rural shanties which, in 1870, count Walfredo della Gherardesca transformed from simple cabins into real farmhouses, each with its own vineyard and olive orchard, and today the area includes new vines. This is a modern company, but strongly linked to the tradition. The wine making philosophy is oriented to the Bolgheri area's local traditions. The wines are produced with a natural process to fully preserve their organoleptic properties. No artificial stabilizers are used.

How to serve it
Serve at 15-16 degrees centigrade in large trasparent crystal glasses.
How to keep
Keep in a cool and dark cellar with a constant temperature making sure that it is in a horizontal position.
