Chianti Classico's grappa. Freshly gained pomace from the Chianti Classico grapes is immeditaly carried to Greve in Chianti, to Bonollo's Grappa Museum, where it is distilled. Comes in a beatiful wooden box.

The heart of Tuscany, southern Chianti Classico, Siena’s hillcountry, and the Etruscan hamlet of Vagliagli, are home to the 411 hectares fenced private Dievole estate. Dievole’s sixteen single vineyards cover about one fourth of the estate – 96 hectares –, at 400-600 meters above sea level, in the most desirable equilibrium with woods, olive groves and farmland. Vanishing heritage-clones, as well as classic contemporaries and newly acclimatized grapes are grown here – in a density between 5.000 and 7.850 vines per hectare.
